Only discovered this today but it is a gem that was released by Ghostly International mid march . I don't even know how to describe it. Just pure froth. A nice deep round bass, soft pads and some hard ish wobs that give it a bit more oomph.

Just out yesterday "Money Stax" produced by local talent Nick Lynar. 

Nick uses his excellent ear and seasoned production ability to bring this amazing house come deep house track. Heaps of groove with that rolling bass line, attitude with the vox, those house defining stabs then that signature "flute" melody to tie it all together. So i found myself wandering deep into the internet last night and came across this gem. The only problem was that i couldn't find a digital download to load up my quiver ANYWHERE. Lo and behold i read that the track hasn't been released yet. I also notice that the 12" is being released today (18/2/12). So naturally, at this time of night, i enter my credit card details and get promised 8-12 day shipping. I don't even own a record player. Frothing.

After seeing this UK duo's live show at field day I instantly fell in love with their garage, synth-pop sound. 

Groovy bass, simple yet effective drums, those sharp synths & soft pads and of course the magical vocals of AlunaGeorge that hook you in.

White Noise dropped at field day before it had been released sending the crowd into a puzzled though satisfied state leaving myself and certainly others anticipating it's arrival in our iTunes libraries. 

Now its here and i've already thrashed it.
