Everybody tour of Thailand warm up -

Every season i have been putting together some tunes that i feel best reflect my state of mind at the moment. Think deep, bouncy, melodic and all things house. There are so many great tunes around at the moment and here are some that work really well together.

I will be heading to Thailand again in late July for the Everybody events tour, which was definitely a highlight of my year in 2012. This is a little warm up for everyone heading there aswell.

The mix is a free download for all so feel free to put it on your phone, in your car or play it to get you in the mood to paint the town.

Its been a while between drinks on THM but i will be posting every week with some picks that are sure to make you wiggle. I recently returned from south america and the scene over there is as healthy as ever, especially in Argentina and Brazil. I witnessed some great young DJ's whose enthusiasm astounded me.

My pick this week is a Sasch BBC and Caspar remix of Your Mine by Bunte Blummer. Its a couple of years old now but it hasn't fallen to the bottom of my record bag like many others. Voltaire music recently gave it a re-release.

Its deep, percussive and has an eerie melody. I have played this out on many occasions now and it always gets the floor moving. Keep and eye out for these guys!

Rework of a classic house gem. Gerd has turned this unmistakable vocal tune into a catchy shuffling new york-esque number! 

For those who don't know, Romanthony is a highly regarded producer and vocalist with many classic tunes from yesteryear on labels such as Thomas Bangalter's 'Roule'. You may even recognise his voice as the same voice from Daft Punk's 'One More Time'!

Just out yesterday "Money Stax" produced by local talent Nick Lynar. 

Nick uses his excellent ear and seasoned production ability to bring this amazing house come deep house track. Heaps of groove with that rolling bass line, attitude with the vox, those house defining stabs then that signature "flute" melody to tie it all together.
